Financial Services is an active member of the Central
Oregon Builders Association, NAHB, Redmond Oregon Chamber
of Commerce, Central Oregon Realtors Association and is
a full service Mortgage Brokerage Company, licensed in
both Oregon and California. While we have been primarily
focused on Construction loans for builders and owners,
we also close a variety of other Real Estate loans. Several
of our lenders are nationwide, which gives us the flexibility
to close loans in almost every state in the US (see map
above).
Through our active lender relationships, we close loans
from $100,000 to $35 million, per transaction. They can
be closed within 30 to 60 days, from submission. Areas
of lending include most states within the continental
United States, however, our focus is on California and
Oregon. Our staff is highly trained in the industry, with
over 30 years of lending experience with various lenders
and various project types.
